The busy little Bee wore herself out this Halloween! We went to Trick or Treat with Molly and Aunt Avery in Alexandria.
We went to Nana's house to get dressed for the big Saturday evening.
Audrey opened her Halloween treats from Nana and couldn't wait to bite into them...along with everything else. All of her books have bite marks on them too. We are trying to break this habit!
We went to a Trunk or Treat at the Kia dealership where they had lots of fun activities for the kids... and no crowds for the parents...and easy parking... this was perfect.
We started off letting the girls walk around for a while. Then they both had their ideas of where they wanted to go...and Molly took a little spill.
So we piled them up in the wagon and taught them how to hold their baskets up at the funny looking people and get treats!
Molly was the little Pink Piggy.
Audrey didn't quite understand holding up her pumpkin for people to put treats in! She did however like for the people to put the treats in her hand, and only then would she put them in her basket.
They had a shetlon pony there for the kiddies to ride, and all of the girls loved it... Mommies too!
Audrey got so tickled every time she would touch the mane. I don't think she realized it was real.
What a fun time! Her first time on a pony!
She started to get a little cranky, so Nana had the special medicine to fix all her ailing...
Look mommy, it's a new lip gloss!
She also got a hold of an edible bracelet, which left white sticky stuff all over her face! Yummy!
Papa Mike, Nana's friend, came to visit the little piggy and bee!
Although it may appear as if Audrey would be sweetly helping Cousin Molly, she is sadly not. Audrey is steaking what she thinks is her territory, because Mommy couldn't find her sippie cup all weekend. We are still working on the whole concept of sharing. Thank goodness Molly was a good sport!
Trick or Treat!
Aunt Avery and Cousin Molly
That was all the fun the busy bee could handle for the day! Molly and Audrey decided to sing for Aunt Jessie on the car ride home! Yeah!
