Merry Christmas! This was our Christmas with the McGraw Families in Natchitoches and Alexandria. We were able to spend a fast week in Louisiana. Tanner still continued to work some, while Audrey and I played and napped! Audrey was so excited to see her cousin Molly! Molly is still in that sweet stage, while Audrey is raging in the terrible two's, so they got along great! Molly showed Audrey some of her sharing skills, while Audrey taught Molly how to say NO! Great swap for us, not so much for Aunt Avery and Uncle Justin.
Audrey played big sister a little bit brushing Molly's hair.
She was even a little affectionate with Molly.
" I'm always sweet Mama, what are you talking about?"
Aunt Ashley and Uncle Alan came up to the farm for dinner one night. Audrey loves her Mushy!
Everybody was decked out in their Saints outfits! The girls were ready to cheer.
Audrey and her MeeMee!
Here some the little cheerleaders!
This was their favorite little perch at MeeMee and PawPaw's house!
We did have a chance to go visit Aunt Betty, Omie's sister. She was still as fiesty as all get out! I can't repeat half of what she said...but let's just say we got a good hard laugh while we were there!
Audrey was greeting all of the old people at the home.
Say cheese!
Playing outside with MeeMee before Christmas Mass.
We then headed over to Omie and Opie's house for Christmas Eve.
A sweet moment with Omie and Copper. Audrey was going in for a wet nosed kiss.
Audrey and Molly were great Dirty Santa helpers. It was a late night, and they were soon in their pajamas.
Tanner did get a great Dirty Santa gift...
Who doesn't need a little Saints' bling? If I am going to get in trouble for posting this pic,
I might as well share this great Christmas morning shot of Tann!
Christmas Morning!
First Priority: milk and food. We wanted our girls to be happy while they were exploring their gifts, so we fed them as much as we could before they realized that Santa had left them gifts by the chimney!!!
Something shiny caught her eye...and food was no competition once she saw it!
A shiny green John Deere tractor! It even had a little cart to pull in the back! She was a little scared at first, but it didn't take long for the girl to get the hang of it!
Audrey helped Daddy open his gifts!
She was so wound up!
Later that day, Aunt Cathie and Uncle Ron had left the girls a gift. Aunt Cathie made them matching fleece blankets! It turned cold just in time to use these blankets! Thanks Aunt Cathie!
We had a great time at the farm getting to relax some, Tanner getting to hunt, and Audrey & Molly running each other ragged. They were really so sweet with each other. Girls play so differently with each other!
