June 2010

OVERKILL... I know...but it has almost been a year...So here's June

audrey says    hi !  s he likes  t o type o2n the k1e45board while mommy is trying to type.Always fun! Here are some pics from June...I know, I'm late. BUT, yes there is a but, we have some really cute pics that we wanted to share.
Mama C and Daddy D kept Audrey so mommy and daddy could have some adult time in San Antonio!
 Tanner's best pic yet!
We went to the Natural Bridge Cavern about an hour out of San Antonio.
It was really neat seeing the massive stalactites and stalagmites...
I got a little trigger happy with the pictures seeing as though this is what I teach the kids about!
Just in case you couldn't see us in the other pic!! CHEESE!
It was 100% humidity when we were in there, which contributes to creating the forms.
They have to close the caves because of flooding when they have heavy rains.

We went out to a few nice dinners...called home. Took long leisurely naps...called home. Got messages...forgot about calling and enjoyed ourselves!

We have decided that we need to get away more and enjoy ourselves as a couple!

We went to the Alamo. we can now check it off the list.
While we were enjoying ourselves, Audrey was having a great time with Mamma C and Daddy D.

Don't worry about me Mommy and Daddy!
I'm having fun playing with my baby dolls and toys!

 I love my baby doll!

She had fun playing in the tent Daddy D setup for her.
She even put a bow in his hair...what little there is. Love you Daddy!
When we got home, we took her to the park...

Then Nanna and Papa Mike came in town and we went to the Zoo, but only after eating at our favorite greek spot, Yia Yia Mary's!

Audrey is not a picky eater...she had octopus, all the purple olives, and the lamb from the gyros!
Yummy Nanna!

Even the crayons were yummy!
So yummy in fact...that as soon as we pulled up to the zoo...

sleeping beauty!
She finally woke up when we got to the giraffes!

The giraffes were so huge!

We saw the newest baby elephant...
There was such a large crowd daddy put Audrey up on his shoulders so she could see!

Daddy and Audrey watched the gorillas...

This particular gorilla was sitting at the window starting at all the kids. Just watching.
Then we hit the monkeys...

The heat was starting to get to her, so we helped her cool off a little with Daddy's shades.

By the end of the day, we had a naked tired baby.

Nanna helped her pet the seal.

So in a nutshell, we had a nice relaxing June!
