My college roommate Kendall came from Shreveport to visit for a few days.
Hayes was captivated...
We shopped and ate our way through the town, starting with the Galleria. Audrey had a blast pulling the 4" stiletto heals off the shelves and saying "petty shoe"! They were pretty shoes, but a little too early for our darlin' 2 year old. Maybe when you are 30, says Daddy. Audrey got a hold of KK's hat, and was so excited with all of her pretty shoes to try on at the house.
We hit up the little boutiques in Rice Village, and ate at Black Walnut Cafe. It was so nice out that we sat out on the patio. Little did we know that the pigeons would scare Audrey out of her highchair and into my lap! I guess they got too close for comfort.

She loves kissing and hugging him. He's smiling a little more, and talking a little more each day.
Of course, we had to commemorate this momentous occasion of KK being in town, with Crave cupcakes! (again, I know) We had a great few days together! Thanks for coming KK!
